This weekend (Feb. 20-22) the Bryce Jordan Center will be electric and awake for 48 straight hours as The Penn State IFC/Panhellenic Dance Marathon-THON will once again (since 1977) be helping kids with cancer.  Each year THON has 15,000 volunteers, 700 dancers and to date, has raised more than $114 million for the fight against pediatric cancer, benefiting The Four Diamonds Fund at Penn State Children’s Hospital. will be your source for news, images and video from THON. Summer Youth Fair

Forty-eight local organizations offering summer youth programs and activities will gather 10am to 2pm this Saturday at the Mt. Nittany Middle School for the 2015 Summer Youth Fair. A “one-stop shop for summer youth camps,” the fair will provide information and registration opportunities for sports, arts, science, math, church and other day and overnight camps. THAW Festival

The inaugural THAW Festival will take place next week (feb. 25 thru March 1) in Downtown State College and Penn State. The annual festival uniting the State College community and Penn State through supporting local talents in film, music and comedy. Events include comedy, concerts, 5K race and much more.  (more info)
