Native Plant Festival

Come celebrate the arrival of spring, the return of wildflowers, and the beginning of another gardening season at the Central Pennsylvania Native Plant Festival at Shaver’s Creek Environmental Center! This Saturday, enjoy a hike, talk to plant experts, and join us for our scheduled educational walks and programs. In addition to expert speakers, we’ll have native plants and local foods for sale. A casual atmosphere features art, people-watching, mingling with friends, shopping, and dining at the diverse and delectable State College restaurants. First Friday goers will experience after-hours access to galleries and shops, free bites and beverages, live music and entertainment, retail and restaurant specials, and more.
