Happy Memorial Day

Summer is officially here! Boalsburg lays claim to being the birthplace of Memorial Day with observances dating back to 1864 and this weekend the town will be hosting a variety of activities. You will be able to see American and German WWII re-enactors and entertainment.  Boalsburg will also be hosting its annual Fire Company Carnival and parade.  Find out more information and other events occurring at our Memorial Day guide here.

Trash to Treasure

The annual Trash to Treasure Sale is scheduled for next Saturday (5/30) at Beaver Stadium, Gate B. There will be a $5 early bird 7:30am - 9:00am. Free Admission 9am-2pm. Free parking in Stadium West. This year’s sale features a “TOTE IT AWAY” sale. Shoppers will receive a reusable tote bag that they can fill for $20.00 All proceeds go to support the United way of Centre County. (more info)
