Jay B. Spangler, 57, of Milesburg, passed away on Sunday, August 25, 2019. He was born on July 3, 1962 in Media, the son of Agnes Lindsay Spangler and the late George Spangler. He worked as a cook at the Eagle Valley Personal Care Home in Milesburg.

Along with his mother he is survived by his fiance, Holly Daughenbaugh, his brothers, George Spangler, Jr, Monty Spangler, Richard Spangler and his sisters Joy Spangler and Betty Spangler.

Family and friends will be received at the Dean K. Wetzler Funeral Home and Cremation Service, Inc., 201 Spring Street, Milesuburg, on Tuesday, September 3, 2019 from 11:00 A.M. until 12:00 noon.
