Obituary of Ryan J. Jabco, 48

Ryan J. Jabco, 48, of Bellefonte, passed away at home on Tuesday, February 18, 2020. Born in Bellefonte on December 12, 1971, he was the son of Joseph L. and Eileen D. (Meyer) Jabco, who are both surviving at home.

Ryan was a 1990 graduate of Bellefonte High School. He worked as a machinist for Penn State for 19 years before going to work for his family’s business. Currently, he was working as a laborer for Jabco Services.

In addition to his parents, Joseph and Eileen, he is survived by one brother, Andy Lee Jabco, Sr. (Jennifer M.) and one sister, Chloe Raye, all of Bellefonte; one nephew, Andrew “AJ” Jabco, Jr. (Mariah) of Clarence, one niece, Allissa Marie Jabco (Cody Fisher) of Bellefonte, and one great-nephew, Hudson Jay Fisher. Also surviving are numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

Ryan was preceded in death by his beloved dog…” his boy,” Siedel Gatlin; paternal grandparents, John W. and Nellie G. Jabco, and maternal grandparents, Hassel E. Meyer and Vera E. Viehdorfer Meyer.

Ryan enjoyed hunting, mowing grass, hanging out with his buddies, and anything that kept him outdoors. He had an undeniable love for his dog, and anywhere Ryan went, Siedel went also! Ryan loved life and loved meeting new people. He never met a stranger; he could strike up conversation with anyone. All who knew him, will remember him for his kind heart and warm smile.

Funeral Services and burial will be private at the convenience of the family. Arrangements are under the direction of Wetzler Funeral Service, Inc. in Bellefonte.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Ryan’s memory to Centre County PAWS at 1401 Trout Road, State College, PA 16801.
