About

Aside from Penn State home football games, no other single event brings as much excitement and energy to the State College area as the 2019 Central Pennsylvania Festival of the Arts. The Arts Festival returns July 10-14 (Children and Youth Day is July 10, and the Sidewalk Sale and Exhibition opens on July 11) and, like always, promises great art and entertainment, a variety of good food, and plenty of fun. Not only do locals look forward to the Arts Festival, but artists and visitors from around the world come to celebrate the arts in Happy Valley.
