Halloween

Trick-or-Treat Night will be held in the Centre Region Thursday, October 29, 2015, 6-8 PM . (Since there is a PSU home football game on Sat. Oct. 31 2015, the Trick or Treat Night on Thursday evening is based upon pedestrian safety.)
