State College Public Works Department activity will result in lane closures this week on two sections of South Atherton Street.
Crews will be setting three streetlights between College Avenue and Beaver Avenue on Wednesday morning. The work will require a travel lane closure between 7 a.m. and 10 a.m.
Repairs of sanitary sewer lines between West Foster Avenue and Old Boalsburg Road began on Tuesday and are expected to continue through Friday. One travel lane will be closed between 7 a.m. and 5 p.m. each day.
Work is weather-dependent and drivers are asked to use caution when traveling through the area.
