Sweet Businesses: Two downtown locations will soon be filled by gourmet cupcake businesses, The Daily Collegian reported.

Sugar on Top, 121 1/2 E. Beaver Ave, will open in a few weeks. *ndulge, 208 W. College Ave., will open in May. 

Building Cracking: Five rooms in the Forest Resource Building at Penn State are showing damage caused by swelling gravel beneath the building, the Centre Daily Times reported. 

Rick Reilly Speech: Tiger Woods’ return to golf is the reason ESPN writer Rick Reilly’s speech has been ‘indefinitely postponed,’ The Daily Collegian reported. The speech would have been held on April 8.
