With two weeks to go until Penn State opens its season against the Syracuse Orange the Nittany Lions are slowly edging closer to a final decision regarding the starting quarterback. Head coach Bill O’Brien is generally for a single quarterback system, but has stated he imagines that both quarterbacks Tyler Ferguson and Christian Hackenberg will see time this year. How that time is divided is still very much in the air. Both players have no Division I experience and different skill sets to offer the team.

As the decision gets closer and closer, take a peek inside of Penn State’s practice on Friday as both Ferguson and Hackenberg work through some drills.
