Police Investigating Report of Indecent Exposure at Local Park

State College police are investigating after a man reportedly exposed himself to a woman and her children on Tuesday in Spring Creek Park.

The woman told police that she and her children were wading in Spring Creek at about 3:15 p.m. when the male, who was seated on a park bench along the creek, appeared to intentionally expose himself for his own arousal.

The suspect is described as a white male in his early to mid-40s. He is approximately 6 feet 1 inch tall and approximately 300 pounds. He was wearing black shorts, a black T-shirt, a black baseball cap and was carrying a black backpack.
