Police Looking for Driver Who Passed School Bus

State College police are looking for the driver of a car involved in a school bus violation.

At about 4 p.m. on Monday, a red Honda Civic traveling traveling westbound on Easterly Parkway allegedly passed a school bus while the bus was stopped with its red lights activated as students were unloading.

The car had an out-of-state registration plate with a number ‘similar to 7BYP87S,’ according to police. The driver of the car is believed to be female.
