Traffic on Easterly Parkway between Pugh Street and University Drive often will be reduced to one lane this week, State College borough reported.
Weather permitting, road repairs on that stretch of the parkway will happen from 7:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday through Friday. Drivers may see some minor delays.
