The Saturday video profile series offers a glimpse into the lives of people from State College and at Penn State.
This week, reporter Laura Nichols sits down with Pat Daugherty, owner of The Tavern, 220 East College Ave., to talk about the restaurant’s long-time staples that are well-known and loved by the community as well as what’s new, such as brunch.
Next, she talks to Ben Lambert, manager at Neebo, who talks about the one-stop shop for all things Penn State, as well as the upcoming Blue-Out on Sept. 22.
When Penn State kicks off against Temple, all proceeds will go toward victims of sexual abuse. Neebo has teamed up with the Pennsylvania Coalition Against Rape and will be selling the official Blue-Out shirt.
