State College Police are investigating a sexual assault case that happened last month.
The incident was not reported to police until about 6:30 p.m. Thursday.
Police say the victim is a woman and the person who assaulted her is a man. Police also say the woman knows the person who assaulted her.
Information about where the assault occurred was not released.
