Sleep for Worriers and Busy Minds: Workshop Series

This workshop course is for people whose minds are awake as soon as they rest their head on the pillow at night, and who want to stop spending time and energy on recuperating from disrupted sleep.

Workshop length is 1.5 hours, meets every 2 weeks for 4 meetings. Sign-up, where we also have more details about the course.

Next series runs Wednesday’s 10/23/19, 11/6/19, 11/20/19, and 12/4/19.

About the instructor: Alissa Yamasaki, Ph.D., has been successfully treating insomnia for several years. After helping private clients succeed in finding good sleep, Dr. Yamasaki is excited to now help in a workshop format.
