Bellefonte Elks PER Association was successful in bringing back the long -time tradition where PER volunteers staffed and managed our Elks Grange Fair booth selling raffle tickets for Home Service. The Elks promoted the Elks Drug Awareness Program with local youth. With the assistance of Elroy the Elk and youth volunteers, more than 200 Drug Awareness Program balloons, coloring books and crayons were distributed. A big thank you to PER DSVP Doug Linebaugh, PER PDDGER Dick Mulfinger, PER PDDGER Denise Zelznick, PER John Rockey, PER Nina King, and PER Brenda Kephart.
