Bellefonte Elks Lodge 1094 Board of Trustees are fast closing in on their end of year giving through the organization’s David B. Garver Fund. The last two grants for 2025 were awarded to Centre Volunteers in Medicine and The Ethel Beaver Fund, in check presentations held at the Bellefonte Elks Club.
