Police responded to an incident of domestic violence at 862 S. Eagle Valley Road, Boggs Township. William Bolar of Bellefonte was charged with strangulation after an investigation.

Police said they arrested Brian Auman, 29, of Julian, for DUI and possession of drug paraphernalia on the 200 block of Mill Street in Milesburg on Oct .10.

Police cited a dog owner on Orviston Mountain Road in Curtin Township for a dog law violation on Oct. 15.

Police said they are investigating an alleged rape at SCI Rockview sometime between Oct 28 and 31.

Police responded to a hit-and-run crash Nov. 10 on Underwood Street in Potter Township. Adam Packer, of Bellefonte, crashed his vehicle into another car, causing minor damage, police said. He then allegedly left the scene. Charges were filed.

Police said that Tamara Vaskovich of Milesburg fell asleep while negotiating a turn on North Pennsylvania Avenue in Centre Hall on Nov. 18 and struck a utility pole and a tree after she drifted off the road. A 2-year-old passenger in the vehicle was uninjured, but Vaskovich suffered minor injuries. The northbound lane of North Pennsylvania Avenue was closed for 30 minutes while the scene was cleared and her vehicle was towed. The Centre Hall Fire Department assisted at the scene.

A head-on collision occurred when John Leedy, of Port Matilda, was traveling northbound in the southbound lane of the Benner Pike, in Benner Township, and struck another vehicle that was traveling southbound, then crashed into a third vehicle, police said. All three vehicles sustained disabling damage. Leedy and another driver suffered minor injuries and were treated at Mount Nittany Medical Center.
