Police responded to a single-vehicle crash that occurred around 3:30 p.m. on Thursday, Aug. 29, along Port Matilda Highway in Rush Township. According to police, officers found that a 29-year-old Philipsburg man was driving a 2004 Subaru when he lost control of the vehicle and hit a guide rail. The 29-year-old Philipsburg man was cited for the crash.
