State police at Rockview conducted a traffic stop for multiple traffic violations around 11 p.m. on Sept. 2 at South Eagle Valley Road and Walker Hollow Road in Union Township. According to police, the 68-year-old driver from Hazleton was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence. Police did not release any further information.

A traffic complaint was reported to state police at Rockview around 8:45 p.m. on Sept. 3 along Interstate 99 in Huston Township. According to police, a traffic stop was conducted, and the 29-year-old driver from Boalsburg was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence. Police did not release any additional details.

State police at Rockview conducted a traffic stop around 11:30 p.m. on Sept. 16 along Interstate 99 in Taylor Township. According to police, the 33-year-old driver from Baltimore, Maryland, was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence. Police did not release any additional details.

State police at Rockview conducted a traffic stop around 8 a.m. on Sept. 28 along Tyrone Pike in Rush Township. According to police, the driver of a 2022 Chevrolet Malibu was arrested for a small amount of cannabis. Police did not report any further details.

State police at Rockview arrested a 27-year-old Bellefonte man for trespassing after he was terminated from his position at St. Joseph Institute around 11 a.m. on Oct. 3 along 134 Jacobs Way in Taylor Township. According to police, the suspect spat on a trooper and later urinated on the police station floor. He was arraigned and is being held at the Centre County Jail.

State police at Rockview are investigating a case of theft in the Snow Shoe Borough. According to police, the incident occurred just before midnight on Oct. 4 along East Park Avenue. The 75-year-old victim reported about $100 stolen, police said. Police did not report any further details.

State police at Clearfield responded to a crash around 3:45 p.m. on Oct. 5 along Interstate 80 in Lawrence Township. According to police, a 23-year-old man from Philipsburg was driving a 2010 Chrysler 300 when he attempted to change lanes and failed to see a 2014 Freightliner Cascadia driven by a 57-year-old man from Rutland, Massachusetts, causing the Chrysler 300 to hit the Freightliner Cascadia. Neither driver nor the passenger in the Chrysler 300 was injured, but the driver of the Chrysler was cited for the crash.

State police at Rockview conducted a traffic stop around 1:15 a.m. on Oct. 11 at South Front Street and East Maple Street in the Philipsburg Borough. According to police, they found the 40-year-old driver to be under the influence of controlled substances. Police did not release any further details.

Two 16-year-old boys are facing charges after bringing weapons onto school property at Philipsburg Osceola Senior High School around 2:30 on Oct. 12 in the Philipsburg Borough. According to state police at Rockview, the two students were found with a crossbow and a compound bow in their vehicle. Police did not release any additional details.

State police at Rockview responded to a reported burglary around 7:30 p.m. on Oct. 13 along East Main Street in the Millheim Borough. According to police, it was determined that the incident was not a burglary, but the 69-year-old suspect from Aaronsburg was cited for breaking a window out of a door. Police valued the damage at $150.

State police at Rockview conducted a traffic stop for observed vehicle code violations around 2:30 a.m. on Oct. 14 at Penns Valley Road and Penns Cave Road in Gregg Township. According to police, the 34-year-old driver from Coal Township was arrested for allegedly driving under the influence. Police did not release any additional details.
