Snow Shoe Rails to Trails presented checks to five emergency services organizations for providing fire and EMS services to the rails to trails area. The check presentation was held at the Philipsburg Elks on Dec. 9. Those receiving checks were Snow Shoe Vol. Fire Co., Snow Shoe EMS, Pine Glen Vol. Fire Co., Grassflat Vol. Fire Co., Winburne Vol. Fire Co., Morris Township Vol. Fire Co., Hope Vol. Fire Co. of Philipsburg, Reliance Vol. Fire Co. of Philipsburg and Moshannon Valley EMS.
