Tri-County ALA

Members of the Department of Pennsylvania’s American Legion Auxiliary from Centre, Lycoming and Clinton counties gathered recently in Muncy for a regional council meeting hosted by Roland Ritter ALA Unit #268. Among the attendees were representatives from several Centre County units, including Millheim’s Keystone Unit #444, Pleasant Gap’s Houtz-Meyers-Rose Unit #867 and Milesburg’s Mumpher-Shawley Unit #893. Attendees represented multiple units across the region, united in their mission of “Service, Not Self” to support veterans, military families and their communities. These dedicated volunteers serve veterans, mentor youth and promote civic engagement as part of the Department of Pennsylvania’s American Legion Auxiliary, one of the largest patriotic service organizations in the world. The next council meeting will be held on Wednesday, June 11, in Pleasant Gap. Courtesy of the Department of Pennsylvania’s American Legion Auxiliary from Centre, Lycoming and Clinton counties
