ames E Masden, 78, of Howard, passed away on Saturday, October 19, 2024, at Mount Nittany Medical Center in State College.
Born in Lock Haven on November 12, 1945, he was the son of the late Lloyd and Dorothy (Phillips) Masden.
James served and protected his community for 25 years working as a Pennsylvania State Trooper.
He is survived by his loving wife Patricia (Stiver) Masden, daughter Renee Maden, son James Masden, eight grandchildren: Tyler Womer (Kaleigh), Kyle Womer (Mariah), Dylan Womer (Marissa), Alissa Woomer, Alexis Womer, Allison Rawlings (Kyle), Brooke Masden (Justin) and Jaci Masden. He is also survived by five great grandchildren: Cameron Womer, Colsie Womer, Blake Womer, Jettson Womer and Margot Womer.
Family and friends will be invited for a time of visitation from 4-7PM on Wednesday, October 23, 2024, at Singer Kader Neff Funeral Home in Howard. A funeral service will immediately follow at 7PM with Pastor Don Crain officiating.
