Jeffrey L. Shuey

Jeffrey L. Shuey, 58 of rural Bellefonte, passed away on Wednesday, April 14, 2021 at Mount Nittany Medical Center. Jeff was born on September 10, 1962 in Bellefonte the son of the late William L. and Dorothy L. Lucas Shuey. Jeff was employed at Mountain View Country Club as a mechanic. Most recently, he was an assembler at Rural King.

Jeff attended the Milesburg Presbyterian Church. Jeff was a member of Citizens Hook & Ladder Fire Co.# 9 of Milesburg for over 20 years.. He enjoyed gardening, outdoors activities, trains, tinkering with tractors and cutting firewood.  

Jeff is survived by numerous, aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.  
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, David W. Shuey.

Family and friends will be received on Sunday, April 18, 2021 from 6:00 – 8:00 P. M. at the Dean K. Wetzler Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc. 201 Spring St., Milesburg. Memorial contributions maybe made to The Dean K. Wetzler Funeral Home and Cremation Service, Inc. in memory of Jeffrey L. Shuey, P. O. Box 288, Milesburg, PA 16853.

Funeral Services will be held on Monday, April 19, 2021, at 11 A. M. at the funeral home with Pastor Barbara E. Mosch officiating. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery, Boggs Twp., Centre Co., PA.

We will be following CDC recommendations, facial coverings will be required and social distancing is encouraged.
