Laura D. (Deitrich) Dunkle

Laura D. Dunkle, 96 of Hublersburg, passed away on Friday, July 9, 2021 at the Mt. Nittany Medical Center in State College.  She was born on July 15, 1924 in Walker Twp., the daughter of the late William H. & Frances Dunkle Deitrich.

She was united in marriage to Earle E. Dunkle on June 29, 1949 he preceded her in death on August 23, 2008.

She was a homemaker and also worked at Sylvania of Mill Hall.

Laura is survived by one son, Terry E. (Teresa) Dunkle of Bellefonte, one daughter Cheryl (Lewis) Reish of Hublersburg, four grandchildren Michael (Denise) Reish, Katherine (Todd) Dunkle, Kelley (Beau) Burger, and Brandon (Erin) Reish,  and two great-grandchildren Makenna & Brady Burger.  She was preceded in death by one brother Nevin Deitrich and one sister Margaret Deitrich.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, July 15, 2021 at the Kader-Neff Funeral Home, 135 W. Main Street, Howard at 2:30 p.m.  with the Rev. Alan S. Eckenroad officiating.  Friends and family will be received from 1:30 – 2:30 p.m. prior to the service at the funeral home. Burial will be at the Hublersburg Cemetery.
