Michael Eudell Bower, 61, of Centre Hall, passed away at home on Wednesday, December 6, 2023. Born on November 1, 1962, in Bellefonte, he was the son of the late Larry and Barbara Ann (Neills) Bower. After 10 years together, on October 16, 2023, at their home, he married his beloved wife, Kimberly Faith (Koch) Bower, who survives at home.
Michael was a 1980 graduate of Penns Valley Area High School. He worked as a cook for Wynwood House in Centre Hall for over 10 years until his retirement.
In addition to his wife, Kim, he is survived by his stepchildren, Autumn Crater, Joshua Crater, both of Centre Hall, and Nicholas Long, of Milesburg, and three grandchildren, Darian Crater, Zayne Crater, both of Howard, and Madison Tracy Crater of Centre Hall.
Michael enjoyed cooking and just about anything that allowed him to be outdoors – whether he was hunting, fishing, hiking, or gardening, he seemed to be in his happy place.
Funeral services and burial will be private at the convenience of the family. Arrangements are under the direction of Wetzler Funeral Service, Inc. in Bellefonte.
