Obituary of Anna Baughman, 62

Anna M. Baughman, 62, of Bellefonte, formerly of Pleasant Gap, passed away Tuesday, May 26, 2015, at the Centre Crest Nursing Home in Bellefonte. Born on January 26, 1953, in Bellefonte, she is the daughter of the late Franklin R. and Pearl (Glossner) Simco. On June 12, 1982, in Hublersburg, she married Thomas Baughman, Jr. who survives at home.

Anna was a 1970 graduate of the Bellefonte Area High School.
She was a member of the Trinity United Church of Christ in Hublersburg.

Anna worked for the Penn State University as a Staff Assistant in the Department of Curriculum and Instruction until her retirement in 2005 after over 35 years of service.

She liked watching Nascar and was a huge Dale Earnhardt fan. She also loved the band Alabama and her and her husband attended over 88 concerts together.

Along with her husband she is survived by one brother; Joseph Simco and his wife Deb, of Zion.

There will be a public visitation held Friday, May 29, 2015, from 10am until 12pm, the time of the service, at the Wetzler Funeral Service, Inc. in Bellefonte.

Funeral services will be held Friday, May 29, 2015, at 12pm, at the funeral home with the Rev. Ann Graves officiating.

Burial will follow at Zion Cemetery in Walker Township.
