Obituary of Beverly J Flory, 76

Beverly J. Flory, 76, of Centre Hall, passed away on Thursday, December 20, 2018 at Centre Crest Nursing Home in Bellefonte. Born on November 26, 1942, in Viroqua, WI, she was the daughter of the late Newton and Dorothy Dobson Flory.

Beverly attended the Centre Hall-Potter School. She worked at Gettig Pharmaceuticals in Spring Mills, retiring in 2005 after 42 years of service. She was a member of the Grace United Methodist Church in Centre Hall.
Beverly was very crafty. She enjoyed crocheting, needle point, traveling, cooking, Christmas ornaments, and eating out.

She loved to tent at the Grange Fair and socialize with all her friends. Her favorite pastime was watching deer.
Beverly is survived by her four brothers, Robert Flory and his wife, Diane, of Bellefonte, Ralph Flory of Blanchard, Oscar Flory of Milesburg, and Thomas Flory and his wife, Jackie, of Milesburg; and two sisters, Kathy Wolfe and her husband, Stan, of Texas and Alice Robinson of Blanchard. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and close friends.

Along with her parents, Beverly was preceded in death by one brother, Marvin Flory and one sister, Margaret Clark.
Visitation will be on Thursday, December 27, 2018 from 11am until 12 noon at the Daughenbaugh Funeral Home, in Centre Hall. Memorial service will be at the funeral home at 12 noon with Pastor Mark Messner officiating. Burial will private at Heckman Cemetery in Spring Mills.
