Obituary of Caroline Wells, 89

Caroline I. Wells, 89, of Bellefonte, passed away Saturday, August 23, 2014 at Mount Nittany Medical Center in College Township. Born on June 19, 1925, in Alumbank, PA, she was the daughter of the late Henry and Isabelle (Sowers) Ickes. She was married to Norman Wells who preceded her in death in 1989.

Caroline attended the Bellefonte School System.
She retired from Centre Crest Nursing Home in Bellefonte.
Caroline is survived by two sons; Russell Douglas Wells of Lynchburg, VA and Randal Scott Wells of Bellefonte. Also surviving are five grandchildren.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by one sister, Betty High and one brother, Harold Ickes.

Private graveside services will be held at the convenience of the family.
