Obituary of Clair E Falls, 42

Clair Elery “Dean” Falls,42, of Howard and Yeagertown, passed away at his home in Yeagertown on Monday, Jan. 19, 2015.

Dean was born in Lock Haven on Oct. 31, 1972, a son of Samuel D. and Rebecca Chapman Falls of Howard.

He was a 1991 graduate of Lock Haven High School, and he attained his Associates Degree in Accounting from South Hills Business School in 1996 and an Associates Degree in Computer Information Systems in 1999. He also received a Bachelors of Arts from Eastern University.

Dean was the owner of Country Village Restaurant and Lounge in Yeagertown and had retired as the IT Director at Keystone Central School District in 2012.

He was a social member of the Yeagertown Fire Co., Lewistown Moose, and Burnham Eagles.

He enjoyed painting, drawing, traveling, and dining out. He was an avid auto enthusiast.

Dean is survived by a son, Talon Falls of Mill Hall; and two sisters, Jennifer (Joe) Stasko of Blanchard and Samantha Falls of Howard. He is also survived by his partner, Jason Metzler of Yeagertown; his wife, Melissa E. Falls of Mill Hall; two nieces and two nephews.

A celebration of his life will be held on Saturday, Jan. 24, at 10 a.m. in the Kader- Neff Funeral Home, 135 W. Main St., Howard. Friends and family will be received Friday, Jan. 23 from 5 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.

Burial will be at Schencks Cemetery, Howard.
