Clarence “Teddy-Fi” Edward Butler, 70 of Mill Hall passed away Monday, September 29, 2014 surrounded by family and friends. He was born on Dumm Lane on Clarence and Edward Dumm's father's farm in Porter Twp the son of the late Boyd James and Verna Ann Dullen Butler.
He attended St. Agnes Catholic School and was of the Catholic faith. He was a general contractor and had also worked at AVCO.
He was an avid outdoorsman and enjoyed hunting and fishing. He liked to make woodcrafts and enjoyed spending time with family and friends, reminiscing about life. He particularly liked hunting at his Uncle Mikes and Aunt Mary Mann's Camp.
He is survived by two daughters, Leslie (Roger) Lepley and Amy (Bill) Whitehurst; one son, Brian (Elaine) Butler; three sisters, Wava (Joe) Karichner, Renee (Russell) Brown and Lynn (Wayne) Bitner; one sister-in-law, Connie Butler; brother Denny (Diane) Butler; eight grandchildren, Scott, Kyle, Brandon, Nicolas, Brittay, Maggie, Elsa and Catherine; beloved friends, Son Crawford and Jim Hill; and numerous nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his brother, Arnold Butler.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, October 3, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. at the Schencks Cemetery in Howard Twp. with the Deacon Chris Young officiating.
