Clifford Leroy "Jake" Breon, Sr., 73, of Julian passed away at his residence surrounded by his family, Monday, September 19, 2011.

He was born in Bellefonte, November 29, 1937 to the late Maurice. "Shorty" and Bertha Ross Breon. He married the former Arlene Stitt Breon on May 7, 1960, who survives at home. He was a heavy equipment operator at different construction companies. He was of the Protestant faith. He was a member of the Port Matilda American Legion and the NRA. He was a former Deputy Game Warden. He enjoyed camping, fishing and hunting. He was a avid Pittsburgh Steelers and Penn State football fan. He also was a Pittsburgh Pirates fan.

In addition to his wife he is survived by two daughters: Brenda L. (Daniel) Young of Julian and Shirley A. (Gregory) Stamm of Philipsburg. Three sons Clifford L. Breon, Jr. and his companion "Tee" of Philipsburg, John M. Breon (Kimberly) of Julian and Roy A. Breon and his companion, Kristin of Julian. He is also survived by four sisters: Evelyn Warren of Norwood, Agnes Duck of Bellefonte, Mildred Callahan of Bellefonte and Rosemary Breon of State College, Two brothers: Floyd Breon of Tyrone and Harold "Buck" Breon of Bellefonte and thirteen grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by one daughter: Bonnie L. Breon and one sister: Marilyn Smith and one brother: Danny Breon.

Services will be held on Friday, September 23, 2011 at 1 PM at the Dean K. Wetzler Funeral Home, Milesburg, Pa. with Pastor John Dill officiating. Friends will be received at the funeral home on Thursday, September 22, 2011 from 6 PM to 8 PM. Burial will be in Williams Cemetery, Huston Twp., Centre Co., Pa. Military honors will be accorded. Memorial contributions may be made to the Dean K. Wetzler Funeral Home, in memory of Clifford L. Breon, 201 Spring St., Milesburg, Pa. 16853. Arrangements are under the direction of the Dean K. Wetzler Funeral Home, Milesburg, Pa.
