Obituary of Diana Jean King, 70

Diana Jean King, 70, of Spring Mills, passed away Sunday, January 24, in the Columbia Montour Hospice at Maria Hall, Danville. She was born in Spring Mills on January 4, 1946 a daughter of the late Sim and Pauline (Confer) Stover.

Diana was an avid reader. She enjoyed flower gardening and loved camping with her family. Diana and her family were very involved with the yearly Relay for Life.

Besides her parents Diana was preceded in death by a brother Gary Stover.

Survivors include her husband of 52 years Richard P. King, son Jeffrey (Monica) King, and daughter Melissa (Mark) Butts all of Spring Mills. 4 grandchildren; Jamie (Tony) King, Jesse (Carolyn) King, Sherri (Will) Shouey and Amanda (Bill) McCool. 2 great grandchildren Lucas Shawley and Conor McCool. Diana is also survived by 3 brothers Lester (Betty) Stover, James (Kay) Stover, Fred (Nancy) Stover all of Spring Mills and 3 sisters Joyce (Wayne) Tressler of Spring Mills, Barb (Frank) Butts of Centre Hall and Dolores “Dolly” Earnest of Milroy.
