Obituary of Donna Hepfer , 72

Donna J. Hepfer, 72, of Julian, died Friday, June 26, 2015, at Geisinger Medical Center in Danville. She was born January 24, 1943, in Bellefonte to the late George and Helen Walk Dillon.

On January 26, 1960, she married her first husband, Merrill, Hale who preceded her in death on July 22, 1973.

Donna is survived by her second husband, Charles M. Hepfer, whom she married December 10, 1993.

Donna was a homemaker, and was an amazing cook. She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and working in her yard.

She is survived by two daughters, Kimberly Hale (Charles) Donley, of Julian, and Lori Hale (Daniel) Harvey, also of Julian; two sisters, Phyllis I. Dillon, of Julian, and Bonnie J. (Stan) Stuck, of Lewistown; three grandchildren, Jamie (Kevin) Gilham, Dylan Harvey, and Danielle Harvey; and one great-grandchild, Rory Gilham.

A service for Mrs. Hepfer will be held Wednesday, July 1, 2015, at 11:00am at the Dean K. Wetzler Funeral Home, 201 Spring St., Milesburg, Pa., with Pastor Jay Saldana officiating. Family and friends will be received Tuesday, June 30, 2015, from 6-8:00pm at the Dean K. Wetzler Funeral Home, 201 Spring St., Milesburg, Pa. Burial will be in Centre County Memorial Park, College Twp., Centre Co., Pa.
