Obituary of Doris M. Zimmerman Faust , 94

Doris M. Zimmerman Faust, 94, of Centre Hall, died Monday, April 18, 2011, at Riverwoods Senior Living Community in Lewisburg.

She was born April 20, 1916, a daughter of the late William and Jenny Ertel Moltz.

She was married to Paul F. Zimmerman who preceded her in death on January 1, 1962. On February 14, 1981 she married Paul L. Faust who preceded her in death on December 24, 2005.

Doris was a graduate of Centre Hall Potter High School. She was a member of St. Luke Lutheran Church in Centre Hall. Among the things she enjoyed most were Penn State sports, collecting figurines, playing cards and traveling. She had the opportunity to visit almost all fifty states including Alaska.

She was employed for many years in the printing division of the College of Agricultural Economics and Rural Sociology at the Pennsylvania State University, retiring in 1981.

Surviving her is a son Gary Zimmerman and his wife Judy of Harrisburg, two granddaughters, Amanda Zimmerman and Laura Klinger and her husband Stephen; and two great grandchildren, Logan and Braylee Klinger. She is the last member of her immediate family.

At her request services will be private at the convenience of the family with the Reverend Scott Klimke officiating. Private burial will be in Zion Cemetery in Walker Township.
