Obituary of Florence L. Zubler , 76

Florence (Flo) L. Zubler, 76, of Spring Mills, died Wednesday, November 17, 2010 at Mt. Nittany Medical Center at State College.

She was born August 25, 1934, in Pleasant Gap, a daughter of the late Charles Witherite and Isabelle Breon Witherite who survives in Spring Mills.

Florence had been married to Paul Zubler.

Florence was a homemaker who assisted many families in the area with her array of homemaking skills. She was a fun, loving, and caring person.

She was a member of Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses at State College. Florence was devoted to her family who were her greatest source of pride and joy.

Surviving her in addition to her mother are four sons, Dennis Zubler and his wife Linda of Hershey, David Zubler and his wife Brenda of Knoxville, TN, Rick Zubler and his wife Tina of Huntington, WVA, and Tom Zubler and his wife Jen of Spring Mills; thirteen grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; one sister, Janice Shook and her husband Justin of Spring Mills; and a twin brother Raymond Witherite and his wife Donna of Lockport, New York.

Friends will be received from 1 – 3 p. m. on Saturday, November 20, 2010 at Mark D. Heintzelman Funeral and Cremation Service, 226 S. Pennsylvania Ave. Centre Hall, PA. A memorial service will be held at 7:00 p. m. Saturday, November 20, 2010, at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses 101 Villandry Blvd., State College, PA. Burial will be private at the convenience of the family at Centre County Memorial Park, 1032 Benner Pike, State College, PA
