James A. Clinger, 79, of Morrisdale, PA, died Sunday, September 20, 2015 at Penn Highlands Medical Center, DuBois, PA. Friends will be received from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon Thursday, September 24, 2015, at the Mark D. Heintzelman Funeral Home, 1034 Benner Pike, State College, PA. The service will begin at 12:00 noon with the Reverend David Downer officiating. Burial will immediately follow at Centre County Memorial Park, with Military accorded. In Lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in his memory made be made to the charity of your choice.
