Obituary of Joyce L Anderson, 62

Joyce L. Anderson, 62, of Spring Mills, passed away on Tuesday, September 26, 2017 at Mt. Nittany Medical Center in State College. Born on January 25, 1955, in Bellefonte, she was the daughter of the late Paul D. and Helen R. Kellander Lose, Sr. On January 22, 1988, in Bellefonte, she married Richard A. “Rick” Anderson, who survives at home.

Joyce attended the Bellefonte High School. She worked at the Weis Markets in Bellefonte for 12 years. She loved her job and interacting with the customers.

Joyce enjoyed reading, watching TV, word search puzzles, and going to the Elks Club in Bellefonte with her husband. She loved spending time with her grandchildren.

Joyce is survived by her husband, on son, Christopher P. Anderson of Spring Mills, one stepdaughter, Nicole A. Waybright and her husband, James, of Osterburg, PA, and one stepson, William Anderson.

Also surviving are her six grandchildren, two great grandchildren and one sister, Kay Davison and her husband, Barry, of Ennis TX.
Along with her parents, Joyce was preceded in death by three brothers; James Kellander, Sonny Lose, and Terry Lose, and by one sister, Pauline Peters.

Visitation will be on Friday, September 29, 2017 from 10-11am at the Daughenbaugh Funeral Home in Centre Hall. Funeral service will follow at 11am at the funeral home with Pastor Brandon Cian officiating. Burial will be at Centre County Memorial Park in State College.
