Judy Anne (Lunn) McKinley born April 8, 1942 of Runville, Pa formerly of Chincoteague, Virginia went to be with the Lord on March 9, 2010. She was the daughter of the late Paul Lunn and Isabella L. E. (Downs) and Donald Thorton.
On February 23, 1961 in Pocomoke, Maryland she married the love of her life, Ronald Collins McKinley, who preceded her in death November 29, 2004.
She was employed by Murata Erie and the Wingate Elementary School and was a homemaker for the rest of her life. She graduated from Chincoteague High School in Chincoteague, Virginia. She was of the Southern Baptist Faith. She was blessed with many talents: gardening and decorating to name a few. She also loved to gather her family for her fabulous southern cooking. She was a very special women with a wonderful heart, who devoted herself to her husband, children and grandchildren, by whom she will be sadly missed but never forgotten.
She is preceded in death by her brother Burt Lunn of Chincoteague, Virginia and an infant brother who died at birth. She is survived by a step-son Patrick N. McKinley of Georgia and daughters: Debbie Anne McKinley and Rhonda L. (Robert W.) Bucha all of Runville and Kelly J.(McKinley) Noecker of Snow Shoe. She is also survived by five grandchildren: Rex A. Smith II, Roni A. McKinley-Smith, Sami Jo and Ashley D. Bucha of Runville and Taylor K (McKinley) Noecker of Snow Shoe. In July a new addition to the family is expected, her grandson: Lannden Collins McKinley.
Friends will be received at the Dean K Wetzler Funeral Home, Milesburg, Pa. from 6 to 8 P.M. on Thursday, March 11, 2010. Funeral Services will be held at the Dean K. Wetzler Funeral Home Friday, March 12, 2010 at 1 P.M. with Pastor Duane Bardo officiating. Burial will be at Centre County Memorial Park, College Twp. Centre Co., Pa. Arrangements are under the direction of Dean K. Wetzler Funeral Home, Milesburg.
