Kallen R. Lonberger, 73, of Bellefonte passed away on Sunday, December 21, 2014 in Lock Haven. He was born in Spring Twp., Centre Co., Pa. on February 19, 1941 a son of the late Curtis and Violet Baird Lonberger.
He was a member of the Buffalo Run United Methodist Church. Kallen worked at Sunset West and also in Food Services at Penn State University.
He is survived by a son, Ralph Lonberger. Also surviving are three sisters, Kathleen Lonberger, Waneda Butler and Libby Heeman all of Bellefonte and three brothers, LaRue Lonberger and Marlin Lonberger of Bellefonte and Sherwin Lonberger of Coburn. Along with his parents he was preceded in death by Milford Lonberger and Shirley Tate.
A memorial service will be held at the Dean K. Wetzler Funeral Home, 201 Spring St., Milesburg on Saturday, December 27, 2014 at 12:00 PM. There will be no public visitation. Burial will be in Centre Co. Memorial Park, College Twp., Centre Co., Pa. Arrangements are under the direction of the Dean K. Wetzler Funeral Home, 201 Spring St., Milesburg, Pa.
