Obituary of Karyn Alma Johnston , 41

Karyn Alma Johnston 41 a resident of Lemont died Friday, December 23, 2011 at Mount Nittany Medical Center in State College. Born January 5, 1970 in Williamsport, the daughter of Kenneth N and Carol Koch Johnston of Pennsylvania Furnace.

Karyn is survived by 3 sons, Jacob , Dane and Michael Noe all at home, and two sisters; Kendra Spring of Bellefonte and Kelli Megill and husband Jason of Helena Montana and a niece Chloe of Helena Montana and two nephews; Adam Spring of Bellefonte and Sawyer of Helena Montana.

Karyn was of the Methodist Faith and a 1987 graduate of State College Area High School and a 1999 graduate of South Hills Business School and employed as a sales associate at Kohls Department Store in State College.

Friends will be received at the Koch Funeral Home, 2401 South Atherton Street, State College on Wednesday, December 28, 2011 from 5 until 8 pm. The funeral service will be held at the Fairbrook United Methodist Church, 4201 West Whitehall Road, Pennsylvania Furnace on Thursday, December 29, 2011 at 10 am with Rev. Gene E McCallips officiating. Burial will be at Twin Hills Cemetery in Muncy.
