Obituary of Kerri R. Heckman Jordan, 43

Kerri R. Heckman Jordan, 43 of Mingoville, passed away Thursday, August 23, 2018 in Snow Shoe Twp. due to a motorcycle accident. She was born on September 29, 1974 in Lock Haven, the daughter of James B. & Diane E. Truckenmiller Heckman.

Kerri worked for the U.S. Postal Service at various locations. She was a graduate of Bellefonte High School class of 93.

She was a cheerful and sassy individual who would do anything for anybody.

She enjoyed primative crafts and playing the piano.

Kerri is survived along with her parents, two sons; Logan Cole and Landon Jordan both of Bellefonte, one daughter; Lexi Cole of Bellefonte, one sister; Jodi Snook of Mingoville, niece Kirsten & nephew Jimmy Snook and great-niece; Evelyn Snook and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins and her maternal grandparents; Willard & Joanne Truckenmiller. She was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents; Russ & Bertha Heckman and by her cousin; Willard Truckenmiller.

A memorial service will be held on Thursday, August 30, 2018 at 3:00 p.m. at the Walker Twp. Fire Hall, 125 Firehouse Lane, Howard with the Pastor Ben LeClair officating. Friends and family will be received from 1:00 – 3:00 p.m. prior to the service at the firehall. There will be a meal served after the service. Burial will be at the convenience of the family at the Hublersburg Cemetery.
