Obituary of Lewis Hough, 86

Lewis Hough, 86, of Corinth, Mississippi, formerly of Rebersburg, passed from this life on November 27, 2014. Born in Rebersburg on January 24, 1928, Lewis was a son of the late Raymond C. and Hazel J. (Clinton) Hough.

Lewis was a successful third generation dairy farmer in Centre County. He was a lifetime member of St. Peters Lutheran Church in Rebersburg and he enjoyed hunting, shooting target, fishing and traveling.

Lewis is survived by his second wife, Dorothy (Voyles) Hough of Corinth, MS. Also surviving are two daughters, Sandy Storment (Doug) of Southhaven, MS and Mary Brown (Dennis) of Savannah, TN; two sons, Ron Hough (Donna) of Rebersburg and Stan Wigginton (Sharon) of Corinth, MS; two sisters, Jennie Sloan and Annie Seals; one brother, Frank Hough, and eight grandchildren and six great grandchildren. Lewis was preceded in death by his first wife of 47 years, Freda Hough; one son, Terry Wigginton; three brothers, Donald, Richard and Nelson Hough and three sisters, Irene Miller, Helen Afdahl and Susie Peters.

A visitation for family and friends will be held at the Steven R. Neff Funeral Home in Millheim on Monday, December 1st from 1-3 pm with the funeral service following at 3 pm with Rev. Julie Holm officiating. Lewis will be laid to rest in the Lutheran and Reformed Cemetery in Rebersburg.
