Obituary of Louise E. Gingher , 70

Louise E. Gingher, 70, of Bellefonte, died Monday, Nov. 9, 2009, at Mount Nittany Medical Center. Born May 7, 1939, in Wingate, she was a daughter of the late Harold and Vivian Fisher Bennett. On Feb. 1, 1957, she married W. Thomas Gingher, who preceded her in death on Nov. 2, 2008.

She was a homemaker and secretary/manager of Bellefonte Lanes during the late 1970s and early 1980s. She enjoyed spending time with her friends, was a big PSU sports fan, loved her pets and loved being with her family. She was a protestant.

She is survived by one daughter, Michele L. Gingher and her husband, Chad Tursi, of Fairfax, Va.; one son, David Gingher, of Port Matilda; two brothers, Eugene Bennett and Lynn Bennett both of Bellefonte; and numerous nieces and nephews. Along with her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Carl Bennett.

Services will be held at Dean K. Wetzler Funeral Home, Milesburg, at 11 a.m., on Friday, Nov. 13, 2009, with Father Jamie Workman officiating. Friends will be received at Dean K. Wetzler Funeral home on Thursday, Nov. 12, 2009 from 6-9 p.m.. Burial will be in Union Cemetery at the convenience of the family.
