Obituary of Lucille June Sinibaldi , 91

Lucille June Sinibaldi, 91, of State College, died Friday, April 25, 2014, at the Fairways at Brookline Village, State College.

Born February 12, 1923, in Wilkes-Barre, she was the daughter of the late Donald W. and Rosalie Milkolaczyk Kresge. On September 13, 1972, she married John Sinibaldi, who preceded her in death on April 7, 1988.

She is survived by five nephews, Scott, Todd, Ron, Jeff and Clayton Kresge; two nieces, Ellen and Joan Kresge; four great-nephews and two great-nieces. In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by one son, Thomas Steele and two brothers, Guy V. and Donald Kresge.

Lucille was a graduate of Meyers High School in Wilkes-Barre.

She worked as a telegraph operator for Bell Telephone.

Lucille was a member of Our Lady of Victory Church. She was also a Gold Star Mother member.

She was an avid potter and made many ceramics. Gardening and raising flowers was her passion.

Services will be private at the convenience of the family.

Burial will be in Oak Lawn Cemetery, Wilkes-Barre.
