Ora Kathryn Reed Eckley, 85, of Bellefonte, died Saturday, Sept. 26, 2009. She was born Jan. 25, 1924, in Bellefonte, a daughter of Orvis and Kathryn Reed.
On July 11, 1942, in Winchester, Va., she married Cecil Cole Eckley, who died Sept. 28, 1997. She was a lifelong member of Coleville Wesleyan Church.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was predeceased by her brothers, Robert and Mervine Reed. She is survived by her son, Joseph R. Eckley and his wife, Marcy; her grandchildren, Lisa Eckley Dlutowski and her sons, Chris and Alex, Melanie Eckley Phillips and her husband, Clay, and their daughter Michelle, Mark Eckley and his wife, Erin, and their daughters, Loren and Leah, Matt Eckley and his wife, Beth, and their daughters, Haley and Hannah Kathryn, and Devon Stockdell and children Dara and Ethan.
