Obituary of Ray M. McKivison, 76

Ray M. McKivison, 76, of Beech Creek, passes away on Monday, November 30, 2015 at his home. Born on March 31, 1939, in Potters Mills, he was the son of the late James and Olive Ellenberger McKivison.

Ray attended the Lock Haven High School. He was enlisted in the United States Army. He was employed as a Machine Operator at Cerro Metal Products for 37years before retiring in 2003. He was of the protestant faith.

Ray loved being outdoors. He enjoyed hunting, gardening, cutting fire wood, and going to camp.

Ray is survived by one sister, Veda Beaver and her husband, Calvin, of Lock Haven, four brothers, Harold McKivison of Howard, Robert McKivison and his wife, Jane, of Beech Creek, Johnny McKivison and his wife, Bonnie, of Beech Creek, and Benny McKivison of Beech Creek.

Along with his parents, Ray was preceded in death by nine brothers and two sisters.

Following Ray’s wishes, all services will be private. He will be interned at the Jacksonville Cemetery in Jacksonville.
