Obituary of Robert Klinefelter Jr., 66

Robert S. Klinefelter Jr, 66, of Runville, died Thursday, September 26, 2014 at his home.

He was born August 26, 1948 in Bellefonte, a son of the late Robert Klinefelter Sr. and Catherine Griffith Klinefelter.

On October 4, 1969 he married Nona Ruble who survives at home.

Robert enjoyed hunting, fishing and going out to camp. He was a life member of the Bellefonte Elks and the Undines Fire Company. He was also a member of the Bellefonte VFW, Eagles, and Pleasant Gap Legion. Robert loved his family and grandchildren, they were the most important things in his life.

Along with his wife Nona, he is survived by two daughters, Kellie Klinefelter (Corman) of Bellefonte, Tina Klinefelter (Stacy) of Bellefonte; three sisters, Sandra Brooks (Jack) of Warriors Mark, Karen Lyons of Centre Hall, and Cindy Whitehill (Dave) of Zion; two brothers, Donald Klinefelter (Zelda) of Bellefonte, Michael Klinefelter (Janet) of Howard; three grandchildren, Cody, Kendra, and Kelsey Park; one great grandchild, Zoey Lyons.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother Rick Klinefelter, and one brother-in–law, Jake Lyons.

Friends will be received from 6 – 8 p. m. Sunday, September 28, 2014 at Mark D. Heintzelman Funeral and Cremation Service, 1034 Benner Pike, State College with Pastor Larry Louder officiating. The funeral will be 9:00 am Monday, September 29, 2014, at the funeral home. Burial will follow at the Centre County Memorial Park, State College, PA
