Ruth Ann Mellott, 54, of Bellefonte died on July 8, 2013 at Centre Crest in Bellefonte,
Born July 21, 1958, in Centre County a daughter of the late Charles and Marian (Slutterbeck) Lohr.
On April 15, 2000, she married Neill A. Mellott, who survives at home.
Ruth Ann was a member of the Nittany Valley Alliance Church and a former member of the PCA. She enjoyed entertaining and cooking.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by two daughters, Alisha Tyler- Lohr and Rose Mary Mellott, both at home and a brother-in-law, Hunter Guy Mellott (Nan).
She was preceded in death by her parents and her sister Doris Lohr.
A memorial service will be held 11:00 AM, Saturday, July 13 at the Nittany Valley Alliance Church, 1003 Nittany Valley Drive, Bellefonte, PA 16823 with the Reverend David Gouak officiating.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Nittany Valley Alliance Church Benevolent Fund, PO Box 108, Mingoville, PA 16856.
Burial will be private and at the convenience of the family in Zion Hill Cemetery, Colyer.
